Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology organization, the full-time Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy production-grade features while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end, from design through deployment and iteration
• Build scalable web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies
• Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and reliability

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong full-stack experience with Python (or similar backend language) and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or equivalent)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and infrastructure-as-code concepts
• Experience working in Agile environments with strong ownership and communication skills
