Senior Full-stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer, the full-time remote role will focus on developing and optimizing technology solutions that connect parents with pediatricians, utilizing frameworks such as Django and Hotwire while collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features for parent-facing and physician platforms, ensuring high-quality software delivery
• Collaborate with product managers to align technical solutions with business objectives and validate assumptions using data
• Take ownership of projects from conception to production, proactively addressing bugs and technical debt

Required qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience as a software engineer for Senior roles, or six years for Staff roles
• Proficiency in MVC frameworks, particularly Django or Ruby on Rails
• Strong full-stack knowledge, including HTML, SQL, and deployment infrastructure management
• Experience in leading projects and teams, demonstrating the ability to solve complex problems
• A track record of implementing simple, maintainable solutions and embracing autonomy in project ownership
