Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of Greenlight's core product functionality on the web, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will lead the design and implementation of web experiences, manage technical strategy, and mentor engineers while working in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative web experiences, translating mobile features to the web
• Drive technical strategy, define engineering standards, and mentor engineers to establish the technical vision for the web platform
• Design and develop backend services that ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance

Required qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and Remix
• Strong experience in building REST APIs and backend services with Node.js, TypeScript, or Kotlin
• Experience with modern build tools, testing, and CI/CD
