Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support mission-driven initiatives, the remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will design and build scalable applications, develop intuitive frontend experiences, and implement backend services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery for vulnerable populations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable full-stack applications to replace manual workflows
• Develop frontend experiences using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Architect and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools or strong interest in applying AI to product development
