Job Summary
To support a mission of redefining healthcare experiences, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will deliver high-performance APIs and user experiences using Ruby on Rails and React while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and delivery of high-performance APIs and end-user experiences for patient and provider applications
- Contribute to evolving software development and testing standards to enhance technical excellence across the team
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create impactful features that balance user experience with clean code complexity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, CS, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in building and shipping scalable web applications across the full software stack
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern UI patterns, with a focus on web performance
- Strong experience in building backend systems and designing clean APIs (GraphQL/REST)
- Hands-on experience with automated testing and modern deployment pipelines (CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
