Senior Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend applications, microservices, and APIs for high scalability and performance
• Maintain and operate infrastructure in AWS and implement third-party integrations
• Ensure backend systems are secure, well-documented, and thoroughly tested

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding and experience with cloud-based services and data integrations
• Experience with modern technologies such as NodeJS/Typescript, AWS, Terraform, and React
• Strong understanding of production system layers including data and user-facing clients
• Experience building highly scalable backend services and working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare or virtual care preferred, with FHIR experience as a bonus
