Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI agents to enhance framework upgrades, refactors, and documentation while ensuring quality control
• Modernize legacy .NET and SQL Server architecture, focusing on performance and API-layer improvements
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver software solutions that effectively address business problems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and shipping production systems
• Proficiency in C# and modern .NET, particularly in large codebases with refactoring and migration experience
• Strong SQL Server skills, including schema design and performance troubleshooting
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and/or AWS
• Familiarity with API design and service-oriented architectures
