Senior Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary

As a key contributor to a transforming engineering organization, the full-time Senior Fullstack Engineer will execute high-quality features across the stack using JavaScript, AWS, and Angular, while also mentoring less experienced engineers in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ship high-quality features across the entire stack, integrating with APIs and data platforms using Node.js, AWS Lambdas, and Angular
• Utilize AI code assistants to enhance development efficiency, refactor legacy code, and uphold quality standards
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative culture focused on learning and growth

Required Qualifications:

• Deep hands-on experience with MongoDB, AWS Serverless architectures, and modern Angular
• Proficiency in the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and production monitoring
• Strong understanding of clean code principles and maintainable coding practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading Agile ceremonies
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to team members
