Senior Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and maintaining APIs, the full-time Senior Fullstack Engineer will work remotely to develop features, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot customer issues using a stack that includes Ruby, Rails, MongoDB, and JavaScript.

Key responsibilities

• Design APIs and features for integration into SerpApi
• Conduct PR code reviews and assist fellow engineers with troubleshooting
• Publish well-documented and polished code while testing solutions before deployment

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript, and experience with web scraping technologies
• Familiarity with API design and deployment on Linux servers, particularly AWS
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Ability to write clear documentation and blog posts on technical topics
• Prior experience with Proxies and CAPTCHA solving is a plus
