Senior Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the IDRE team as a hands-on Senior Fullstack Engineer, the full-time remote position will focus on building and shipping features end-to-end, particularly in transactional and payment logic for dispute resolution in healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship features across frontend (React/Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript, Python) on AWS
• Own the transaction layer by developing and maintaining logic for disputed-claim transactions and settlement calculations
• Enhance existing services through refactoring, observability improvements, and strengthening CI/CD processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production-scale web applications
• Proficiency in React/Next.js + TypeScript and Node.js/TypeScript + Python
• Ability to quickly learn new domains, codebases, and tools as a hands-on generalist
• Experience with AWS services, observability, and CI/CD practices
• Proven success in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
