Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven insurance products and experimental features
• Own end-to-end delivery of prototypes and MVPs in a fast-paced labs environment
• Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to turn ambiguous product ideas into working demos

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Full-stack development expertise, including strong proficiency in Python and/or Go
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and at least one NoSQL solution
• Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS, including provisioning and deploying services
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day development
