Job Summary

Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will design and implement solutions for Toast's consumer-facing restaurant products, focusing on performance, usability, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, scope, and implement solutions using various technologies
• Enhance the platform to improve performance, usability, and scalability
• Collaborate with the team to identify high-impact opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing fullstack web applications
• Working knowledge of JS frameworks such as React
• Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Java, or Kotlin
• Familiarity with AWS services, Docker, and Git
• Experience shipping and maintaining testable code bases, including API design
