Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will own system architecture, make system-level decisions on technology implementation, and ensure high-quality, scalable software solutions in a remote or Playa Vista, CA environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture and evolution of your pod's systems end-to-end
• Make informed decisions on technology implementation, including eventing and workflow orchestration
• Mentor team members and elevate the team's architectural and systems thinking

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and operating high-traffic, customer-facing systems
• Strong object-oriented design and relational database design skills
• Fluency in system and cloud-level technologies, including AWS and distributed systems
• Experience shipping high-impact, customer-facing features in production at scale
• Big-picture orientation with a focus on member-first outcomes
