Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a founding engineer in the New Ventures team, the full-time remote Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will build and implement features to address critical operator needs, collaborating closely with Principal and Staff engineers to drive product development and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute as a fullstack developer to deliver key features and components for new products
• Establish and advocate for best practices in frontend architecture and development standards
• Collaborate with New Ventures Leads to launch a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and ensure its scalable adoption

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in React and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with Kotlin (preferred) or Java
• A track record of significant technical impact on previous teams
• Experience in 0 to 1 builds and working with complex distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of frontend patterns, architecture, and APIs
