Senior Fullstack Software Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the DX team, the full-time Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will build and ship features in a remote environment, focusing on backend-heavy development with Ruby on Rails and crafting accessible UI in React and TailwindCSS.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship features and capabilities daily in a scalable, cross-geo distributed environment
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions
- Own projects end to end, including architecture, implementation, QA, rollout, and monitoring based on feedback
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of industry experience in backend and fullstack development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in modern object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and libraries such as React
- Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and public cloud offerings (AWS preferred)
