Senior Functional Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Functional Analyst will support commercial functions through CRM administrative tasks, business process analysis, and the implementation of solutions, primarily focusing on Salesforce.com and analytics platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering and process flow development
• Conduct documentation and analysis of existing business processes, recommending improvements
• Create reports in Salesforce.com and develop training materials for business users

Required qualifications

• Salesforce.com Admin Certification preferred
• 10 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role with business analysis skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards
• Proven knowledge of the software development life cycle
