Senior Functional Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT teams to document requirements and manage them using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Agile requirements management activities and analyze user needs to determine functional and technical requirements
• Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
• Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects, ensuring proper documentation and change control

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or a related scientific/technical discipline, with ten years of relevant experience
• Experience in large, agile software development or data integration projects
• Strong experience in requirements elaboration and acceptance criteria development
• Expertise with Jira tools and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
