Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements and manage them in an Agile environment, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, specifically JIRA, and perform Agile requirement management activities
- Lead and mentor junior analysts while ensuring effective communication of complex technical topics to various audiences
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
