Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements using an ALM tool, manage Agile requirement activities, and support development teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and backlog refinement sessions
- Develop and maintain project/product backlogs while managing requirements change control
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
