Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements for software projects
- Manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, specifically JIRA, and facilitate Agile requirement management activities
- Lead user interviews and backlog refinement sessions, ensuring clear communication of requirements to team members and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
