Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and lead backlog refinement sessions
- Coordinate with stakeholders and systems engineers to assess impacts on technical solutions and manage project requirements
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development, with an additional 10 years substitutable for education
- Strong background in Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements and project management
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably within a Federal Health Agency
