Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to manage requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring clear communication of requirements to teams and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools for requirements management and testing
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably in large software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
