Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project execution in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to analyze user needs and develop formal specifications
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project tracking
- Experience with large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
