Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile activities, and support the development team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate backlog refinement sessions
- Lead and mentor junior analysts while developing strong relationships with product and business owners
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
