Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Facilitate collaboration among business users, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment and clarity of project requirements
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management and Agile processes
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
