Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, and manage Agile requirement activities using an ALM tool.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and management of business requirements in an ALM tool, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Perform backlog refinement and manage requirements change control to support Agile product development
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in analyzing user needs and documenting functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
