Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams while managing Agile requirement activities and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective documentation and validation of requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and management of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Support Agile methodologies by performing backlog refinement and managing requirements change control
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills and advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
