Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and IT to document and manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate sessions to gather and analyze user needs
- Lead and mentor junior analysts while managing project-related artifacts and ensuring adherence to change control processes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills and experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
