Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with software development teams and stakeholders to manage requirements, perform Agile activities, and document specifications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to elaborate and document requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and change control processes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
