Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements for software projects
- Manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, including JIRA, and facilitate Agile requirement management activities
- Conduct user interviews and backlog refinement sessions, ensuring clear communication of requirements to development teams
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Strong expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Federal Health Agencies
