Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT teams to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool and perform Agile requirement management activities
- Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and formal specifications
- Lead and mentor junior analysts while ensuring effective communication of complex technical topics to various stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills and advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
