Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements
- Facilitate user interviews and backlog refinement sessions to ensure clear understanding of requirements
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects while supporting Agile methodologies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
