Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate user interviews to gather and analyze user needs
- Manage and coordinate requirements across various projects, ensuring clear communication and documentation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in conducting independent research to resolve complex questions
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
