Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and document business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Lead backlog refinement sessions and support Agile methodology to ensure successful project execution
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development, with an emphasis on Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
