Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document and manage requirements in an ALM tool, while supporting Agile methodologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements for software development teams
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
