Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements, manage Agile requirement activities, and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to document functional and technical requirements
- Perform backlog refinement and manage requirements change control for various projects
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in conducting independent research to resolve complex questions
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
