Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project execution in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Manage requirements and perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in conducting independent research to resolve complex questions
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
