Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to manage requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and manage functional and technical requirements across various projects
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
