Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, while working remotely and supporting Agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and document business, functional, and technical requirements using JIRA and other ALM tools
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
- Lead and mentor junior analysts while ensuring successful Agile project execution and backlog management
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
