Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage requirements and perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team
- Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and formal specifications
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impacts on technical solutions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
