Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage them in an ALM tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities, all in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development projects
- Manage requirements using an ALM tool, conducting backlog refinement and ensuring traceability among requirements
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to support Agile methodologies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project tracking
- Strong background in conducting user interviews and developing business process models
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
