Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with business users and IT, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, manage requirements in an ALM tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
