Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and manage requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the documentation and management of business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Facilitate user interviews and sessions to gather and analyze user needs, developing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support Agile teams by removing impediments and ensuring successful completion of Sprints while mentoring junior analysts
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
