Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, while working remotely and requiring a Public Trust security clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and IT to gather and document functional and technical requirements
- Manage and analyze user needs, conducting interviews and facilitating sessions to develop business process models
- Oversee Agile requirement management activities and maintain project/product backlogs
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
