Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage an ALM tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements
- Manage requirements in an ALM tool (JIRA) and conduct backlog refinement sessions
- Support development teams by providing clear requirements and facilitating communication among stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
