Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool and perform Agile requirement management activities
- Conduct user interviews and develop business process models while collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Lead and mentor junior analysts, ensuring effective communication of requirements and supporting the development team throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience, with additional years substitutable for education
- Strong background in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
