Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements in an ALM tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the documentation and management of business, functional, and technical requirements using an ALM tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
- Support Agile teams by delivering requirements and removing impediments to achieve successful Sprint completion
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in conducting independent research and excellent analytical skills
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
