Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate user interviews to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
- Manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, ensuring traceability and effective change control
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies, with expertise in JIRA tools
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Federal Health Agencies
