Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool and perform Agile requirement management activities
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain project/product backlogs, ensuring clear communication of requirements to development teams
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience, with additional experience substituting for education
- Strong background in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
