Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and facilitate communication across projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and manage business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
- Support Agile methodology by managing product backlogs and coordinating requirements across various projects
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience, with additional experience substituting for education
- Strong background in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
